Agarita's mission statement is to generate income and maximize return on investment for its investors in the context of preserving wealth. Agarita's core philosophy is to treat its investors, and their capital, with the highest degree of care and respect which is achieved by co-investing alongside its investors in every property while communicating openly and transparently with its investors every month.

Formed in 2011, Agarita Management Co., LLC is a private real estate company that invests in industrial real estate assets in Texas with the objective of generating consistent cash flow while maximizing return on investment for its investors.  Agarita operates by following two core strategies – 1) acquiring income-producing properties – consisting of both multi-tenant and single-tenant industrial properties that will generate consistent and predicable cash flow; and 2) acquiring value add industrial properties that need to be repositioned in terms of physical construction improvements and / or leasing and cash flow stabilization in order to maximize value upon disposition.

Agarita’s principal is Ryan S. Smith who has been in the real estate business since 1999 and has been owning and operating industrial real estate properties since 2003.  Prior to forming Agarita, the bulk of Ryan’s experience came from his participation in the acquisition and development of a 1.6 million square foot industrial portfolio of properties located in San Antonio, Laredo and El Paso, Texas.  Additionally, from 2001 through April 2011, Ryan serverd as a real estate broker and partner in the San Antonio based commerical real estate brokerage firm, Cross & Company which was a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Firm.  The exceeding majority of Ryan’s real estate brokerage experience was in the industrial property sector, representing clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of their assets.
